1. Location (on a map) of collection: Vermont
2. Date of collection: 9/13
3. Habitat of collection: Pool
4. Length (from head to gaster): 6-7 mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Redish orange With a bit of black
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Has a pointed down gaster
7. Distinguishing behavior: Has short 5-10 second bursts of super speed

This appears to be from the Aphaenogaster genus, which is all I can give right now.
