Brachyamyrmex Depilis or Patagonicus, possible Solenopsis Molesta.
1. Location (on a map) of collection: Rochester, NY
2. Date of collection: 10/14/18
3. Habitat of collection: On a car
4. Length (from head to gaster): 5mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Brown/ Yellow.
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Elongated gaster
7. Distinguishing behavior: Mates on cars
8. Nest description: N/A
9. Nuptial flight time and date: 10/14/18 7:30 PM
Lasius Neoniger?
1. Location (on a map) of collection: Rochester, NY
2. Date of collection: 10/14/18
3. Habitat of collection: Car and blacklight
4. Length (from head to gaster): 10mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Black and brownish yellow below gaster
6. Distinguishing characteristics: N/A
7. Distinguishing behavior: N/A
8. Nest description: N/A
9. Nuptial flight time and date: 10/14/14 7:30 PM
All queens seem to be polygynous.

Are you sure the Lasius queens are the same sp.

Yes. They look a bit different due to lighting sorry if I confused you.

The first is Brachymyrmex depilis.
