I thought this might be enjoyed by some of the members here especially if there are any students aspiring to work in the biomedical industry, which will certainly be a big part of the world 10-20 years from now and continue to be relevant throughout the 21st century. What a nutty experiment.

Saw the title and immediately clicked. Wasn't sure what to expect but this sure does surpass anything I would have expected. Pretty interesting watch, even though I did skip around a bit. Initially, I thought he froze the cockroach to death, and was going to mechanically animate it, something out of Frankestein. When the cockroaches legs started twitching, I felt pretty bad for it. But still, pretty interesting!

Saw the title and immediatly knew what video was going to be linked in here. So for that I deserve all the likes.

 

 

But seriously. This is rather pretty neat. It reminds me of that cockroach spy listener from that film The Fith Element it was a "bug" that was a literal bug. I bet using this technique one could literally make a functioning version of that cyber listening roach from the film.

I feel kinda bad for that roach. (But I still want to try it.....)
