just a shot in the dark based on color and shape of the ant but Hypoponera opacior and it looks like a queen but I'm not too familiar with this species of ants so take it with a grain of salt?
Colonies:
Founding:
Camponotus cf. Modoc
Camponotus cf. Herculeanus
Dream Ants:
Stenamma Diecki
Solenopsis Molesta
Manica Invidia
Camponotus Herculeanus
Lasius Latipes
Dorymyrmex Pyramicus
Tapinoma Sessile
It can be either Ponera or Hypoponera. Ponera have a little hook underneath the petiole and Hypoponera do not. It is a queen.
