1. Location (on a map) of collection: Grand Junction, CO

2. Date of collection: 8-23-18
3. Habitat of collection: Woodsy area near the river
4. Length (from head to gaster): 9-10mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: red/black two tone
6. Distinguishing characteristics: very fuzzy and has a not so round or smooth gaster
7. Distinguishing behavior: none of note
8. Nest description: didn't notice any nests, but looked like workers of similar color patter were on the trees, not the ground

9. Nuptial flight time and date: 8-23-18 5:00 PM
