Thank you!!
Should I set her up in a test tube?
Do I provide her with food?
Do I put her in total darkness?
Is she sensitive to light?
Not sure if she has mated.
Haven't noticed any nuptial flights at all. No rain really since May.
1. Yep
2. Not needed but you can provide her a small drop of honey or something sweet
3 & 4. I like to leave my queens in the dark until they have their first workers, then I slowly expose them to light until finally they don't care about it anymore.
5. She may not lay until after hibernation
