Camponotus hurculeanus   My first queen.  Named her Regina (reg eena)V52v0qb.jpg

Pic my son took of my C hurculeanus ants when he went and purchased them.

When we fed them for the first time

Since it is a large test tube we taped it to the small outworld so when feeding they won't escape.

Blurry because of the packing tape - nanitic feeding Regina this morning.

She laid some eggs last night.  Woke to a dead nanitic this morning - so 5 now remaining.

Queen was caught approx 2 months ago.

Regina.  Still just one larva.  No new eggs since she ate the ones she had laid.
