I have caught two of these, one on July 7th and the other on July 16th. I am located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I found them in a Ranch next to a creek on the paved path.  It has been raining multiple nights a week here and I take my walks around 6-8pm in the evening. The sun sets around 8:45 here.

She is about 8mm or the same length as a Tetramorium Immigrans queen.
She is either black or a very dark brown, the middle of her Thorax might have a slight reddish hue. Her gaster has expanded and now has those beige strips in between the segments. When I first caught her these were light grey.
I see one very pointy petiole node under a 30x lens
