I started a Tetramorium immagrans queen in a fresh tt but mold is growing in the cotton...it's not touching her or the eggs yet but i need to get her out..
I was thinking of putting her in a new one and gently swabbing the eggs out...

You could taping them together, and cover the new one and apply light to the old one.
Moving the queen at this stage is likely to cause more harm than good. There is no need to react unless you observe obvious signs of distress, such as a drastic change in activity level/behavior. Avoid placing any type of organic material—such as dead insects—in the tube, as they may mold more readily and pose a greater danger with mold already on the cotton.
Tetramorium grows fast. My advice would be to just wait until she has workers, then coax them out using some kind of light. They usually aren't affected for mold by some time anyways.
