Just starting and not sure what this one might be. Sorry for not really clear pictures, she's already in a test tube and laid a couple eggs so I took what pics I could.

1. Location (on a map) of collection: Northern Indiana, South Bend
2. Date of collection: A week or so ago, right around 7-3-2018?
3. Habitat of collection: Sidewalk in the city
4. Length (from head to gaster): About 10mm, only have a tape measure - was about 13/32
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Dark color with yellow/golden stripes on gaster
