Additional workers for founding stage?

Is it advisable to collect workers to put in with queens during their founding stage?  I don't see this mentioned, so I assume not, especially for fully claustral queens.  What about semi-claustral queens who are obligate foragers?

You are probably better off just adding pupae since they can't fight back, will imprint on the queen, and worst case scenario will just be a nice snack.

Workers no,pupae are fine. Callow workers can be successfully introduced,but pupae work best,in my experience.
