Tetramorium immigrans. Looks like she was in a brawl with other tetramorium workers
Proverbs 6:6-8 New International Version (NIV)
6 Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
7 It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
8 yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

I did find her near an established trail of workers. Do you think she has any chance of survival?
Can she move? If not then I would say no chance. If she can move then I would still say they are slim to none.
She has extreme difficulty moving herself. She's essentially stuck in whichever end of the test tube I place her in.
Sorry but I don't think she will make it...I would suggest keeping her on some moist paper towels and give her some honey, but I don't know if she'll make her. I found a queen that was being attacked by some worers and was only missing parts of her antennae and back leg but he died too...

If you give her shelter and food, you'll probably be able to extend her life a little longer. However, the chances are she probably won't lay much (or anything), and she'll die within a few weeks time.
Tetramorium are very territorial in relations with members of their own species, and they attack queens which invade into their conquered territory. I would recommend going out and looking for them as soon as possible, as most of the queens will die soon after their flights.

Small update. She survived the night and has laid a small clutch of eggs! Hopefully she lives long enough to eclose any potential nanitics.
