Just browsing amazon's blacklight selection and I found this https://www.amazon.c...rds=black light. Will it work to attract queen ants? I also found this one, I thought it may work better and cover more area https://www.amazon.c...rds=black light.

They are probably too weak to have much or any effect.

I have that black light flashlight. I don't use it for attracting insects though. Theres not enough light.

I purchased a Florescent black light bulb. I screw it into one of those clamp-on shop lights. It's only as portable as your extension cord, but it's plenty bright and brings tons of bugs. That being said, I've never actually gotten an ant from it, except morning Tetramorium.

I have one of these. It works slightly better than a regular flashlight for attracting insects but it's not even comparable to the power of a real blacklight.

A 120W incandescent bulb is roughly equivalent to 17W, so a directional 15W Blacklight LED should be plenty powerful.  If that is indeed a full 15W bulb, then I'd say that would work for you.  However, I have no experience with that product, so it might not actually be 15W.

Not amazon but I simply got a 4ft shop light ($13) and 4ft black light ($14) from home depot. Works great!
