Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Map.

Date of collection: June 22 2018, at 4:30 p.m

Habitat: Flying all over the place in a neighborhood with lots of trees and vegetation.
 
Length: 4.5 mm.
 
Coloration: Looks black under sunlight, some reddish tint when photographed close up.

 

Distinguishing characteristics: Tiny black shiny.

 

Anything else distinctive: Hundreds of these running around looking for any crevice to hide.

 

Nest description: I did not see the nest, but they were everywhere for blocks and blocks.

 

Nuptial flight time and date: Around 4 p.m. on June 22nd 2018. It rained the previous night and it was a cloudy day.

 

Post the clearest pictures possible of the top, side, and face of the ant in question, and if possible, their nest and the habitat they were collected in:
