So I have a Formica subsericea queen, who currently has 5 workers. However, she isn't laying any eggs and its been a few weeks since the workers emerged. I've been providing her with food, water in the water chamber, and peace.

Yah she's probably just batch laying. Give her a couple weeks to maybe a month and she should lay again

Be sure to heat her and maybe give her colony more food.

Formica lay eggs in clusters at a time. Sometimes it takes several weeks for the eggs to come again.
