Yeah I know why now. "Drew probably meant to change only the threshold requirement for creating new topics, but it sounds like it was accidentally changed for all posts to the marketplace subforum. We don't want people joining the forum only to post in the marketplace subforum and sell their ants." -drtmiller

 

I assume Drew will fix this.

Note: pretty sure you cannot sustain a colony of Reticulitermes flavipes with under 50 workers

I did some reading and found that although difficult, it is possible. The more workers you have the higher chance and quicker neotenics arrive to fill the place of the queen and king.

The termites I sell are intended to be feeders. I've found that Camponotus and Formica colonies grow quicker and have more workers at the end of the year when fed termites.

Tennessee. I can ship the termites across the continental United States, as they were exempted, like Pogonomyrmex occidentalis.

This year I only caught a small flight of them and got 5 queens, 3 were fertile.
