I hope it is just a hoax.

When that happened when I was in highschool we were allowed to go home, can't say anyone was too unhappy! As a side note, where have you or plan to go anting? I'm not too far in the SGV.

I got some camponotus in yosemite valley and don't tell the national park service. Um this year hopefully the closest part of the desert and maybe oc. The desert depends on wether my dad wants to drive to nowhere or not. He was thinkin of planning a trip in spring but i don't know.

There was one here at pretty much same exact time

http://www.10news.co...n-due-to-threat

I never went there, don't live down there in San Diego anymore either and I don't go to school anymore (if a 26 year old went to highschool as a student, most people would find that creepy :P for obvious reasons. Unless person was really disabled, then that's rather different) but anyway....I check the news occasionally on various sites.

Found it quite a coincedence both happened at nearly same time. Maybe it was when school was supposed to open or something and it really is just a coincidence.

I am sorry to hear this. Our school had a fake bomb threat a few weeks ago.

This sort of thing never happens in the UK, if it did, it would be all over our news.

Bomb threats are always fun.  Most of the time it's some student that doesn't want to go to school that day, but there's always the chance it's some crazy person.

I could never agree with that statement.

Pretty sure that was sarcasm.

Pretty sure that was sarcasm.

You might be right. Sorry - I hear that sentiment frequently and it's frustrating as class president to see my peers in tears out of fear.

Sorry if it wasn't clear, but I was definitely using sarcasm.  That's one of the problems with writing, sarcasm is never completely clear.
