Hawaii ants

Best Answer Ants_Texas , June 7 2018 - 10:45 AM

I think this first ant is psudomyrmex she is about 10mm and caught her in Hawaii.

That's Pseudomyrmex gracilis. Can you get some closer pictures of the thorax so we can tell if it's a queen or not?

I caught her in my kitchen Honolulu Hawaii,
Length is 10-11mm
Dark brown all over.
Very wasp like.
So far like to eat honey.
I will try to get a better picture. She is really fast and always moving in the light.
By the naked eye you can see wing scars on its back.
