1. I found this queen at work in eden prairie minnesota

2. I found her on may 29th around 5 pm
3. i found her running around some pallets at work.
4. she was kinda hard to measure because she was in a test tube but i believe she's approximately 15 MM
5. Coloration: black with greyish/blueish tint in the gaster
6. Distinguishing characteristics: one petiole node, no noticeable spines, head is almost heart shaped, mandibles are curved and sersted on only the ends. 
7. Anything else distinctive: will sit in one spot for hours and suddenly get a burst of energy and run around for a bit
8. Nest description: not sue

9. Nuptial flight time and date: did not witness
