1. Location of collection: İzmir, Turkey

2. Date of collection: 1-1.5 months ago
3. Habitat of collection
4. Length: 7-8mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture: Fully black
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Seems like they can have multiple queens during founding
Todays date: 29.05.2018, I caught 3 of them and put 2 of them together seems like they are just fine now, I guess its Lasius but I don't know which lasius species. Thanks for your help guys.

From the shape of the head, the gaster tergites and the appearance of the larvae I would say Tapinoma sp. probably of what was until recently Tapinoma nigerimum and now has been split into four different taxa.
