I know the picture resolution is terrible, i currently don't have any other camera. Anyway, could someone please help me with identifying this ant and if it is a queen?
Collected in southern Norway 24. May 2018.
Found it on a concrete path besides a football field(probably 200m to the closest forest)
About 1,5cm from from head to gaster.
Has a shiny texture with deep red on the underside.
Behavior: don't know if this is normal but she don't try to escape the test tube as a Formica Rufa ant i cought. She is also raising her head every time i open the drawer her test tube is currently in.
As for special characteristics, date of nuptial flight and nest i don't know.
