We found five Camponotus subbarbatus queens this week and I thought it would be fitting to make a journal for them as they're quite beautiful.

Forgot to add photos of the larvae. I now have one colony with workers (they eclosed this week). The eggs hatched around May 20th and pupated around June 3rd.
Nice! I have a decent sized colony right now, they are very beautiful ants.
Those are really fast growing!

Those are really fast growing!
We've been keeping them under a heat lamp at around 85° - 88° F (30° - 31° C) and I've found that it expedites their growth significantly.
