how do you delete your forums that you don't need anyore

You mean, "topics" or "posts." You cannot delete them, you have to contact a moderator. Why do you want it removed though? This is the list of active mods.

You don't, A Moderator does it(if necessary). You can erase the words by editing it but it will just leave a blank post.

IMO it has no place on this forum.
There's a branch for selling/advertising ant products, not boosting your own sales.
I don't feel it's really for the good of the ant keeping hobby at all, and I question weither or not they're trolling for likes; have they posted before on this forum? Been an active member recently?
I find this odd.

He is just linking a subreddit, not trying to boost his own sales. Why is everyone so uptight about this sub reddit thing? You don't like it, don't go there, it will disappear in a day anyways, buried by id requests and journal entries.

 

Edit: Also if you think a thread should be deleted, try PM'ing a mod instead of airing it our for the rest of us and triggering people (me). Thanks.

They haven't caused any harm and it is not benefiting them, but the whole community. It will only grow the hobby more.

By 'sales' I mean influencing status or spamming results

It has nothing to do with myrmecology or keeping ants successfully. It's creepily set up to spam this forum, and I call BS

It may not help formiculture in any way, but it will benefit the hobby and that satisfy's me.

haha, oh please. The only people who are creating an issue here are those who are having a conniption over this whole reddit topic. No rules have been broken so I cannot do anything with it. And the guy who posted it is not gaining from it. He just the same as any reasonable person here wants to grow the hobby. If anyone here is trolling or spamming it would be you. And if you feel I'm not doing my job as a Moderator I would be happy to start with working on you.

Nobody is hurting my feelings. It would appear stayloki would like me to take a side. This forum isn't perfect, and the reddit or discord isn't perfect. It's not my job to side with anyone. This is a good opportunity for the hobby.
