I found this "queen?" under a rock in upstate Ny. can anybody identify it for me?

Parasitic Lasius sp. probably L. umbratus.

She was all by her lonesome; no workers or anything near her. i'm thinking lasius or mabye crematogaster?

so... I have to get some brood to start a colony with her?
Lasius social parasites unlike Formica will not care for brood, they need a workforce to take care of them and brood.
