So while this is not queen ID, its worker ID. I found workers at cherry tree foraging, so i`d like to have them ID so i know when to expect queens of this species

1. Location (on a map) of collection: Northern Serbia, Orchard
2. Date of collection:  20.04.2018.
3. Habitat of collection: Grassland with trees
4. Length (from head to gaster): Around 6mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Head is black, thorax is brownish/orange and abdomen in black with two pairs of white dots at front of abdomen (visible in picture)
6. Distinguishing characteristics: White dots on abdomen?
7. Distinguishing behavior: -
8. Nest description: Probably wood

9. Nuptial flight time and date: -

Although the pics are (no offense) really terrible I’m going to guess and say this is a Formic sp.

Those pictures are very dark, and one can only really see the outline. I suggest you take some better pictures for an accurate ID.

Even latvian had more potatoes than this pictures have pixels, i know that. They were quite good on the phone tho

These aren't Formica, they're Dolichoderus quadripunctatus! One of the most beautiful species in existence, in my opinion. What an awesome find.

That would be correct by the pics i found on the internet, thanks for the help! I also find them to be very beautiful, hence the reason i wanted to know species to check when they fly. Flights are from mid july till the end of september. Would be nice if i knew the conditions in which they flew tho
