Picture quality is terrible and it's tiny. But are you sure it isn't mites

She probably didn't do it on purpose. It's sometimes hard for that large of a queen to manuever around that small of a test tube. Especially Camponotus Pennsylvanicus, which can't climb glass/plastic very well.
