New to the world of ants guys, but not to insect keeping in general. I'm a Phasmid collector/breeder and mantis enthusiast, as well an owner of 3 Australian Leaf insects. Over the last few weeks I've decided to expand my collection in the form of ants. I've got one banded Sugar ant queen in a test tube laying eggs at the moment, awaiting a formicarium to be built for her and I've got a large formicarium already built for my soon to be acquired Myrmecia nigrcincta colony. As it an extension to my insect collection you can see on my Youtube channel https://www.youtube....6iCvG-OIyZm1VdQ, I figured I'd go hard or go home. The Jumping Jack ants have been something I've had my eyes on for awhile, and thanks to a fellow forum member on here, I have been able to get them. So, hello again, I look forward to learning something new every time I log on.

Nice, can't wait to see how things go once you get them.  Look forward to more pictures.

There are a few others from Australia on here, they may be able to give you a few pointers to avoid getting stung.  :D

Welcome. If that profile pic is unedited, you must acquire those and make a journal. Red mandibles and antennae? That's awesome looking.
