Let's GO!!!!!!
I stopped by the Washington Sailing Marina on a hunch, and found a dealate Lasius neoniger queen! Now my anting year is finally complete.
Crematogaster males are flying on my patio, as well, but I didn't find any queens.

Woah, there is probably no ant queen in Virginia that you can't find!
Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp. possibly infertile , Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!
Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen
Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii
Hopefully i can go to Virginia beach next year and find Trachymyrmex.

Only saw two queens today. One got away and the other was being eaten by some assassin bug looking thing. Mostly bummed that I wasted most of my afternoon, I NEED TO GRADUATE (Trig sucks)!!!

I don't live in virignia, but I thought it might be cool to see what ants live in other places.

They have a pretty diverse range of species if I am not mistaken.
