Probably Camponotus clarithorax according to Dr. James Trager.

Thanks for bringing this old thread to my attention; it's quite inaccurate now. This queen, which I do still have, actually turned out to be Camponotus yogi. Fixed the title.
I was wondering, cause Camponotus clarithorax is kind of cool...
