So, I recently bought some Amac Box's from the container store, and when I got them, I unwrapped them to find the majority of them to have circular scratches covering the entire thing. I realized this was from the bubble wrap being wrapped backwards onto the containers. The padded bubble part was touching the containers and movement had caused the wrap to move and create circular scratches that appear in the acrylic. Has anyone else had this issue? I messaged them, but they likely are gonna respond with something like "We apologize for the inconvenience."

That's what sucks about polystyrene, even bubble wrap scratches it. At least they didn't come smashed to pieces like some of mine came from Amac.

Yeah, trying to create formicariums from them is a very tedious task. It's almost impossible to do anything without scratching the sh*t out of them. If I send anyone anything I make them, I wrap them really well after I suran wrap them to avoid more damage since I already have done a decent number on them.

Yup. One more factor that goes into my prices. It is a lot of work building formicariums without ruining the plastic containers. One bad scratch and I have to keep it for myself.

I've contacted TCS about damaged goods several times, and usually they are very helpful with a refund or compensation.  Hopefully they help you out as well.

Hit "Like This" if it helped.

I also saw your proto feathers on your Coelophysis and couldn't help but wonder if my sketch kind of inspired it. If so, I'm happy to be your muse lol. Just wondering.
