how to distinguish between chamber hole n nest?

It would really be helpful for anyone trying to help if you could write in coherent English.
Assuming you mean a fresh queen dealte's founding chamber versus a mature colony's nest entrance, there are many threads on here depicting the differences of each. I believe there is even a "game" thread seeing if you can figure out which is which.

Typically, a queen's entrance structure is a mound of dirt of mostly larger clumps forming a "C" shape, rather than a full circle.
