I came across this new design on Ebay

https://www.ebay.com...-UAAOSwBRVaeImo

Basic properties:

    Overall size: 25x25 cm
    Room height: 9 mm
    Humidification: autonomous, 14-28 days
    Material: 100% hypoallergenic plexiglass
The possibility of connecting additional modules: there are holes for connecting hoses of 8 mm and 10 mm, a laboratory tube 16 mm.

Completion:

    formicarium with built-in arena,
    red filter,
two tubes for the humidification system,
decorative moss (easy to replace with another filler),
    tweezers, hose, several pipettes,
antkeeping guide for beginner, assembly and operation instruction.

Description:
A large and unusual formicarium. Humidification occurs due to the supply of water from the tubes to the sponge, the sponge passes under the bottom of the formica. The moisture spreads through the metal mesh and diverges through the nest. The water supply is sufficient to maintain optimal conditions within 14-28 days. The rate of water consumption can be regulated by fleece. In this version, the sponge is protected by a metal mesh (see detailed photos).
The nest has dry and damp places. Good conditions of life will find most kinds of ants. Does not require constant attention, very easy to use. Suitable for ants of all sizes. There are gates that limit every third of the farm. Gates can be opened at will.
In a complete set there is all necessary.
The nest comes in assembled form. Before starting to use it is necessary to mount the walls of the arena (very simple, the instruction and all the necessary is included).
Ant farms "Ant tools" undergo a thorough selection before release. Entomologists are taking part in the production of the product on the basis of many years of experience.

What do they mean by 'hypoallergenic plexiglass'?

I just wanna say the grass there is very stupid. If they are using the same stuff I do, their outworld can't be entirely made of that. Most species generally aren't able to grip to it so well, so if they are carrying anything back to the nest, it would be very diificult.

unlikely to cause an allergic reaction

I'd replace the grass with some reptile sand myself

My only complaint is the size of the chambers, seems a bit small, but it could be just the photo themselves and the lack of ants to judge scale
