I have mixed feelings. Maybe with the guide I won't drown my colony again. However to get the new upgrade I gotta buy a new drewcarium! I see what you are doing here!

Haha, you mean one extra hole in the side?

Sometimes all it takes is an extra hole for the party to start.

You should sell your plugs on amazon, I'd buy a lot.

It would only be worth it if I sold a lot.

Here's another one of these giant ones I made for someone. You can see the founding chamber dug by the Myrmecocystus testaceus queen I put in it

What's amazing about these is the moisture in them can last for almost a year before it needs more water added.

Crazy idea, what if you added the water through the bottom with one of those syringe bottle caps:

Not sure what the cycle life is on those so it might need to be replaceable.

This would open up all the space taken by the tubes for top-filling

I'll definitely consider something like that the next time I revisit the design. I'm always weighing the pros and cons, but this at least makes me want to rethink things a bit. These are a pain in the butt to make, so anything I can do to simplify things without losing any convenience or functionality is a plus. I really don't want to raise prices.

I don’t see this being sold on amazon? When will it be back up? Is this OK for tetramorium and Myrmica?

Wow, this is a great design. I was making something very similar but your 3D printed parts are way better. Still selling them?
