Update: (May 6, 2018)

They have moved all the pupae and almost all the rest of the brood into the other test tube. In the pictures, you can see newly eclosed workers which are tan in color.

The colony moved test tubes and are now up to 42 workers. Gotta make a nest and outworld setup soon but I just don't have time man.

Update: (May 17, 2018)

The colony is up to 50 workers with around 10 pupae. They have 3 large sized pupae which I hope will hatch some big majors.

Kinda jealous of your colony. Really pretty ants. They remind me of a brighter orange Camponotus nearcticus.

Update: (June 8, 2018)

It's been awhile since I updated this journal due to my school finals. But anyways, this colony has around 75 workers now and had around 20 pupae. I'm super excited about these new majors that have hatched. They look so cool!
