@KBant going to be warm tomorrow night if you have time: https://www.accuweat.../332023?hour=41Let me know if you are interested, or anyone else for that matter.

I work tomorrow night, I’m a night shifter. I might call off however, not feeling so well but well enough to try anting another time. I’ll keep you posted and I totally appreciate the invite!

I lost a lot of my fear of the rustling of brush and such after wandering around the depths of the Amazon Rainforest at night for a few months while working at a bird conservation site, but I never go night anting alone here in the Marin Headlands. I've seen so many mountain lions during the day and don't want to end up a midnight snack, so I always bring a friend along with me. I never see any people, but I would take weird people in the desert over mountain lions hiding in the brush any day!

It's a high of 78... https://www.accuweat...forecast/332023 not sure if you saw tomorrow... instead of today. Nurbs said needs to be around 65 at 6-7 to find them, and this is at that temp. You SURE you want to pass this up?

It's possible they are out, but don't get your hopes up. Instinct tells me nothing has flown since then.

Chaney is close and it was warm last week, so went on a hunch. Didn't expect to find anything, but was surprised they flew so early, even more surprised to find a C. yogi.

Can't say 100% things won't be out, but more than likely that is the case. If you go, hope I am wrong!! Just don't be disappointed if you come back with nothing. It's all part of the game. I've driven 4-6 hours to a spot where I thought something may have flown, only to come back with nothing (so much rage).

Well let me ask you this, Monday there is supposibly light showers, would there be a higher chance of flights say... Wednesday when it warms back up after the showers?

While this can change, it's forecast to rain all next week as of today (Mon, Thurs, and Fri). Temps do not look like they will go back into the 80s all next week. I don't plan on going. The day I found the yogi it was 89 during the day, and 65 at the lowest?

I'm heading down for something near Chaney (1 mile walk away) on March 17th... Any tips on catching stuff there? I'll be around for a few days for something else.
