Not gonna lie, terribly put together ID, thread. But appears to be Lasius umbratus. Please use the ID template next time and embed your photos. Not only because it's kinda required, but you will receive no help from professionals if you do not.

What a craptastic ID thread.
Look, we understand some of you are kids (if you're an adult, you have no excuse). But there's a TEMPLATE at the top of the ID forum on how to put this together for you.
Take your time, read up on how to post something, learn some discipline. It goes a long way not just on forums like this, but also in your real life. And you'll get a better response from people who sincerely wish to help you instead of them trying to figure out what you want.
