i just found this ant at my bedroom , but i got no clue if its a queen or major worker since the ant isn't that big but got wings , here are the picture (i can't zoom it more cause my camera blur)

 

and i didn't have test tube atm , so how should i keep it now?

this is def a queen. u can try a pill bottle with moist cotton to hold her over until u can get a test tube setup. she may or may not have been mated as she still has 1 wing. its hard to tell.

this is def a queen. u can try a pill bottle with moist cotton to hold her over until u can get a test tube setup. she may or may not have been mated as she still has 1 wing. its hard to tell.

how to make it moist ? if using test tube , we put some water and put the cotton to let the test tube moist . but how with pill bottle ? its too big

It's a queen and likely fertile. Thinking Pheidole sp.

nevermind , i just made a diy test tube , and right before i move her . she is gone :(

Unlike a traditional Test Tube setup the best I've been able to do is keep a lot of cotton and keep it very moist. It usually lasts at least a Couple of months and with a simple pipette you can add some more water if the cotton dries. I've raised lots of queens in Pill Bottles they work great for me.

Here something I made because I was bored, sorry it doesn't have any ants because all mine died and I have to wait till May before I can get anymore.

Definitely looks looks to be Solenopsis geminata. They're a pretty widespread species.
