do all Myrmica have stingers or just myrmica rubra

All Myrmica have stingers. Many just don't use them often.

They have stings, no idea how they employ them though.

Genuses don't vary that much. For example, every species in Latrodectus is venomous. Because of that, I can infer that all Myrmica species have stingers. And they actually do.

Actually, no Latrodectus are poisonous, you can eat as many as you like. They are however venomous.

I can confidently say from firsthand experience that Myrmica incompleta do have stingers and are not afraid to use them.
