What do you think of this?
is a try-out for a "natural" nest to make for Pheidole megacephala
Soil substrate is cocopeat, a few rocks, and a few fake plants (Once they are big enough to move to an effective big box I would like to use real plants)
Do you think this would be good to grow a starting colony of the Pheidole megacephala?

As long as you don't mind not being able to see them underground for a while, this looks like a pretty good nest.

Looks good. How do you plan on moving them to the larger nest once they get large enough?(I've learned how not to do it!!!)

I accidentally froze all my ants
