Welcome! I am from Cincinnati so not much of a help, but there are a few GAN farmers from around NE Ohio that would be able to help you out for sure!

You have to do it "through" GAN.

easiest site to find it on is antscanada.com click on the queens for sale tab then scroll down to select your country in this case USA and find your state.
