Hi!
My new house has a great back yard with several rose bushes, but one bush just ruined the look. It was stripped down to its stems, with occasional tattered leaves laying around. A few days ago I went to investigate, and I found eight rose sawfly larvae clustered on the last remaining leaf! I collected them along with some rose branches from a healthier bush. I decided to rear them, and they produced a ton of frass (good for fungus and scavenging insects). Is it possible to feed these to ants and wasps? I am considering breeding my current "colony".
