i swear if someone mad a website and sold frozen and live mice and rats with cheaper shipping you would make a lot of money

This already happens. The reason shipping is expensive is because they are either alive or frozen. The former requires a special container as does the latter (albeit with dry ice, too).

I wouldn't ever make one, because I love mice way too much. I guess you could breed your own mice if you really want cheap ones.

no mice are nasty and if they get out and my snakes don't find them my mom with have a heart attack

I had a pet mouse that would cuddle up in my lap while I did my homework. Sadly, she died of old age a few years ago. Her littermate was a bit more aggressive, but she eventually got used to me.

 

I think that your mice are nasty because you either handle them poorly or they are mistreated pre-feeding. Domesticated mice colors are pretty pleasing to the eye, and the domesticated species often seem cuter than wild variants. If you want to breed them, you can try introducing your mother to a young tame mouse with an interesting color form, like copper, white, or black. My mother used to be scared of mice, but she grew to love them after I got my two mice (one was black and the other was light gray).
