Heya there! I've been lurking here for quite some time and I thought I might aswel introduce myself. I've been interested in Ants for quite some time now and they're just great. My current colony is a Linepithema Humile (Argentine ant) and I also recently purchased a Camponotus sp.2 from Drew soo i'm going to have that one aswel. n.n

With so many Southern Californians, we should organize an ant-together.

How is your Argentine colony going?

Sounds fun

They are doing pretty well, a queen drowned in an accidental spillage though (there's two more left).. But besides that they have recently adapted well to captivity and are now laying a ton of eggs!

Hopefully I uploaded right aha.. It's not really clear since my phones camera doesn't really work well for this but the queen and the workers are huddled above alot of freshly laid eggs. And for there's one of the two queen's foraging on her own in the out world which is pretty common for this one. And I think I got them Nov 13.
Btw, how do you post images individually? .-.
