I found a queen S. pallipes and I did some research only to find out that it takes 1 year for the lrvae to develop, the queens generally nedd some worker pupae/adults to successfully start a colony, and that they are by far one of the most difficult ants to raise. Any help/suggestions? I'm probably going to have to put her in hibernation really soon though...
