Yes.  Wash it out well.

You can just make holes between the chambers and add an acrylic lid, using silicone or bolts to hold it on.

 

If it is a species with Formic acid, then I recommend adding some sort of floor like grout or hydrostone.  Here is a tutorial: http://forum.formicu...icture +journey

WOW!!! I have the exact same box! This is what I used to separate pupating super worms back when I still had them.
