I'm not sure if it's an Ant Queen or not but it was big compared to other ants I have in my house.
1. Mcfarland CA
2. Labor Day
3. Found in a grape vineyard.

4. IDK

5. Black

6. Antennas looks long to me

7. nothing

8. No nest found,

Please post pictures, measurements and follow the Ant Identification Template.

 

Because of the time you found it (Labour day) it's possibly Lasius neoniger but please post pictures.

looking at pictures of Lasius neoniger  makes me feel like this the average size of a worker ant so it probably isn't a queen.

Dang these are pretty big ants from the usual ones I see around.
