Make sure you copy and paste the questions with your post for future reference.  

 

Be more descriptive in your information as well, it looks more dark brown than black; the queen appears to be a Myrmecocystus species.  

 

Try to get some clearer images, better lighting will help with that.  Also, embed the image into the post, not just a link; there is a topic on how to do so.
