Does anyone know anything about these guys? I think they would be good as feeders because of their size, and they would be nice for small colonies. Would the care be the same as it would be for mealworms?

Care should be similar.

If I want a smaller mealworm I just harvest some of my mealworms when they are half grown, or even some that are very small.  I often feed my one Formica colony 1cm long mealworms.

They remind me of those Cleaner Crew things that you see people using on YouTube. I've never messed with them, just like Crystal when I need smaller ones I will use my Normal Mealworms [I need to wait to get various sizes first though!]

Don't let those things loose in your house! They will eat through just about everything. I had them get into our cricket production building and they literally destroyed everything. When we redid the walls they had eaten away most of the insulation and even chewed on the wood. Stick with regular mealworms.

Gee I thought Dermestids were bad, they don't [as far as I know] chew through the walls they are just there, waiting probably breeding an Army to wage a War....

Mealworms suck when you get your House infested with them, like I did once..

They are extremely easy and don't even require moisture as I seen before and they are extremely small than you think, I was thinking about trying them because they would be perfect for ants!
