This colony lost most of their workers due to old age and now they sit at 3 workers with different brood Cocoons, larvae, and eggs. They would have 4 but she didn't eclose right as her legs are stuck. She is still alive trying to move.

Wow hope the worker makes it! Did her exoskeleton structure fail or did she just not harden fully?

I bet your colony will bounce back pretty quick once the first proper workers arrive.

Currently raising:

Myrmica rubra (1 queen +  ~5 workers)

Lasius niger (single queen + ~90+ workers)

Lasius neoniger (3 single queen + brood)

Formica spp. (Queen [likely parasitic, needs brood])

Formica pacifica (Queen)

Also keeping a friend's tetramorium immigrans for the foreseeable future. Thanks CoffeBlock!

It seems like she had some sort of white goo connecting her legs
