It would be best to try to get better photos in better lighting.  

 

Also, make sure to not title everything the same, maybe add a number after it or whatnot.  We have been having problems with people posting multiple times and identically-titled topics may get deleted.

Could be Tapinoma sessile. They can rage in size and color. I caught one that looked exactly like this.
